Do You Know Your Revenue Focus Months?

Every industry has its peak season or period when it could generate the most revenue.

The fitness industry is from January through March,

the tax industry is from January to mid-April,

landscaping is the Spring and summer months,

and Medicare is from October 15th through December 7th and January 1st through March 31st.

As business owners or managers, what does that mean? Plan accordingly, to get ahead of the rush. You have to be ready to serve your customers when they stop by.

When I was a manager at H & R Block for two offices, we had to ensure all employees had the certifications needed and, based on past seasons, ensure enough staff is available to serve the clients.

We have to use the past to plan our future and we need to know the industry in which we are operating. We are at the end of yet another year, if you are in the fitness industry or the tax industry, or whatever industry you serve, are you ready to serve your customers?
